What could this dream mean?
I was trying to figure it out bit by bit, but I couldn't put it all together. Basically I had a dream that I was on a ship with my mom, two friends(I don't know them in real life), and this man who was holding us captive on the ship and making us sell clothing. The ship was going fast and all the clothes were falling into the ocean as the bad guy kept speeding up and almost intentionally hit some guy jet skiing. I was holding on to a rope hundreds of feet above the ship dodging things on a jet ski of my own as the guy was trying to speed up and make me fall off. It was weird...
im not a dream interpreter but this is what i got out of it:
you may feel like something in your life is happening too fast and you don't feel like you're in control of the situation.. hence the boat going so fast, being held hostage, and your clothes falling overboard. i don't really understand the bottom part of your explanation..
if you stayed on the boat and held onto a rope for dear life you may be very very scared to stand up for yourself and face your situation and take control... and maybe feel like you COULDN'T take control even if you tried.
if you got off the boat and got on a jetski.. you may feel ready to face the situation and get control of your life. but because the guy was chasing you and making you trying to make you fall off, you know it's going to be a bumpy ride and a struggle to overcome the situation.
this could be a big situation or even something very simple.. you can feel like you don't have control of your life in many many areas.. it could be something as simple as feeling guilty because you cheated on your diet one day =p
