Free jet ski license?
A while ago, my sister got a free jet ski license after taking a test online. She said that after she passed, she just printed it out. She doesn't remember the website that she got it from so I was wondering if anybody knew of any free jet ski license tests and print-outs online... Thanks

First off, where do you live? This determines what the legal requirements are to operate a PWC.
Second, nothing is free. She might have been able to obtain it free if where you live passed new boating laws or recently changed boating regulations. Now I highly doubt any state in the US offers free boater education exams. Definitely expect to pay up for the exam, probably $20 to $30. Government needs its money and its gonna get it, one way or the other.
http://www.boat-ed.com is the web site you are probably looking for. It has MOST of the online education for most states in the US, but not all. A few states handle this differently and are not included on the Boat Ed web site.
