What should I wear to ride a jet ski?
My boyfriend and I just bought a jet ski, but now I'm worried about what to wear. On really warm days, I know I can just wear my swim suit. But I get cold really easily, so I was wondering if anyone had good suggestions. I don't want to wear a full wetsuit, but I could wear wetsuit booties and gloves and maybe a jacket. Any suggestions on what type of gear I should look for? I didn't know if I should go with neoprene or another material, and what thickness would be best.
I would suggest a "shortie" wetsuit as the neoprene can really protect you from scrapes, etc. - even a "swimshirt" which is a thin nylon which can protect you from the sun and keep some warmth is nice.
Some of the swim shirts have a neoprene torso - I got one for my wife and she really likes it. We got it at REI.
