Southern California boat rental?
Hello, I live in Southern California, and a few friends and I want to rent a boat for an overnight fishing trip in the ocean (like say between Catalina and Corona Del Mar) from like 3pm one day to 12pm the next or so. It would be roughly 4-5 people, and wouldn't have to be a terribly comfortable boat, and wouldn't mind going a reasonable distance to depart; would anyone know any information on this? Thanks.
What you want is a "Six-pack" charter boat. There are such boats running out of many sport landings along the coast. ("Six-packs" are only legal for up to six passengers, generally around 35-40 feet long.) This site has a list of charter boats, though it's not broken down between six-packs and regular (up to several dozen passenger) charter boats.
