BOAT SALE

I can pretty much retell the whole video, except for the lyrics, which is why I can find it... I know one lyric, but that wont help much; "Es ist nicht fair" but here is how the whole story line goes.

A man is somehow trapped on a deserted small island, I believe it was a plan crash, but i'm not sure, and he gets his guitar out of the water and some other things. He builds a hut and puts a picture of his wife. He tries to fish with a wooden spear he made, but couldn't. A lot of time passes and he grows a long beard, he show he can easily fish now.
Far off he sees a vaccination family and runs to them for help, he trips on a rock, spear in hand, and starts bleeding from the mouth, the family is terrified and gets in their boat and goes off, he yells for them to wait, but they keep going, he then grabs his guitar and sings the line I previously mentioned.
